Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina al-baraṣi, wa al-junūni, wa al-judhāmi, wa min sayyi’i al-asqām.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, insanity, severe skin disease, and from evil illnesses.
