أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ، وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ.
Astaghfiru Allāha alladhī lā ilāha illā huwa al-ḥayyu al-qayyūm, wa atūbu ilayh.
I seek forgiveness from Allah, besides whom none has the right to be worshipped, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all, and I repent to Him.
