Transliteration
Allāhumma ijʿal khayra ʿumrī ākhirah, wa khayra ʿamalī khawātimah, wa khayra ayyāmī yawma alqāka
Explanation
Prayer for a good end and a blessed meeting with Allah.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ خَيْرَ عُمْرِي آخِرَهُ، وَخَيْرَ عَمَلِي خَوَاتِمَهُ، وَخَيْرَ أَيَّامِي يَوْمَ أَلْقَاكَ.
Allāhumma ijʿal khayra ʿumrī ākhirah, wa khayra ʿamalī khawātimah, wa khayra ayyāmī yawma alqāka
O Allah, make the best of my life its end, the best of my deeds the last, and the best of my days the day I meet You.
