اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ قَلْبٍ لا يخْشَعُ، وَمِنْ دُعَاءٍ لا يُسْمَعُ، وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لا تَشْبَعُ، وَمِنْ عِلْمٍ لا يَنْفَعُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَؤُلاءِ الأَرْبَع

Allāhumma ʾīniy ʾaʿudh bik min qalb la ykhshaʿu, wamin duʿaʾ la yusmaʿu, wamin nafs la tashbaʿu, wamin ʿilm la yanfaʿu, ʾaʿudh bik min hawulaʾ alʾarbaʿ

Oh God, Creator of the heavens and the earth, You are my guardian in this world and the hereafter. Make me die a Muslim and join me with the righteous.
