اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allāhumma innaka ʿafuwwun tuḥibbu al-ʿafwa faʿfu ʿannī.
O Allah, You are Pardoning and love to pardon, so pardon me.
Ask the One who loves pardon to pardon you completely.
