Night Prayer: On the authority of Azhar bin Mughith bin Thabit Al-Tha’labi, may God have mercy on him, my father told us, and he was one of those who stood in prayer for God in the darkness of this night, he said: I saw in my dream a woman who did not resemble the women of this world, so I said: Who are you? She said: A houri, the servant of God. He said: I said: Marry me. She said: Ask my master for my hand and give me my dowry. He said: I said: What is your dowry? She said: Prolonged night prayer. Night Prayer: On the authority of Haram ibn Hayyan, may God have mercy on him, he said: I got up at night and recited three of the Ha-Mim chapters, then I was overcome and fell asleep. Then in my dream, I saw four beautiful maidens standing before me, and they said: O Haram ibn Hayyan, you should not have separated us from our sisters. I said: And who are you? They said: We are the four remaining ones of the Ha-Mim chapters that you did not recite. He said: Then I woke up startled. [Ibn Abi al-Dunya Encyclopedia 1/298].

Night prayer: Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, may Allah have mercy on him, said: By Allah, a bridegroom alone with his bride, at his most contented and comfortable, is not happier than they are in intimate supplication to Him when they are alone with Him. [Ibn Abi al-Dunya Encyclopedia 1/303].

Night Prayer: On the authority of Wahb ibn Munabbih, may God have mercy on him, he said: Those who pray at night will not leave the gathering place of the Day of Resurrection until they are brought mounts of pearl into which the spirit has been breathed. It will be said to them: Go to your homes in Paradise as riders. He said: So they will ride them and they will fly with them high above, and the people will look at them, and some will say to others: Who are these whom God has favored from among us? Night Prayer: On the authority of Sufyan, he said: Muhammad ibn Juhadah, may God have mercy on him, was one of the worshippers, and it was said that he would only sleep a little of the night. He said: A woman from his neighbors saw in a dream that robes were being distributed to the people of their mosque. When the one distributing them reached Muhammad ibn Juhadah, he called for a sealed box and took out a green robe from it. She said: My eyes could not bear its sight, so he gave it to him and said: This is for you because of your long vigil. That woman said: By God, I used to see him after that and imagine it on him, meaning the robe. [Ibn Abi al-Dunya Encyclopedia 1/306].
