اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِحِيّنَا، وَمَيِّتِنَا، وَصَغِيرِنَا، وَكَبِيرِنَا، وَذَكَرِنَا وَأُنْثَانَا، وَشَاهِدِنَا وَغَائِبِنَا، اللَّهُمَّ مَنْ أَحْيَيْتَهُ مِنَّا فَأَخْبِهِ عَلَى الْإِيَمَانِ، وَمَنْ تَوَفَّيْتَهُ مِنَّا فَتَوَفَّهُ عَلَى الْإِسْلامِ

Allāhumma aghfir lihina, wamayitina, wasaghirina, wakabirina, wadhakarina waʾunthana, washahidina waghayibina, Allāhumma man ʾahyaytah minā faʾakhbih ʿalā alʾīamani, waman tawafaytah minā fatawafah ʿalā alʾīslam

Oh God, I have wronged myself greatly, and no one can forgive sins except You, so grant me forgiveness from You, and have mercy on me, for You are the Forgiving, the Merciful.
