اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي، وَأَخْسِئْ شَيْطَانِي، وَفُكَّ رِهَانِي

Allāhumma aghfir li dhanbi, waʾakhsi shaytani, wafuka rihani

O Allah, forgive my sins and mistakes. O Allah, revive and restore me, mend me, and guide me to the best deeds and character; none guides to their best or turns away their evil except You.
