Sūrat al-Falaq
Qul aʿūdhu bi-rabbi l-falaq. Min sharri mā khalaq. Wa min sharri ghāsiqin idhā waqab. Wa min sharri n-naffāthāti fi l-ʿuqad. Wa min sharri ḥāsidin idhā ḥasad.
Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak from the evil of whatever He has created, from the evil of the night when it grows dark, from the evil of those who blow on knots, and from the evil of an envier when they envy.
This sūrah explicitly seeks refuge from sorcery and envy and is central to prophetic protection and ruqyah.
How to use: Recite three times morning, evening and before sleep.
