Protection from the Envious Gaze
Wa in yakādu lladhīna kafarū la-yuzliqūnaka bi-abṣārihim lammā samiʿū dh-dhikr, wa yaqūlūna innahu la-majnūn. Wa mā huwa illā dhikrun lil-ʿālamīn.
The disbelievers would almost cut you down with their eyes when they hear the Reminder, and they say, “He is certainly a madman.” But it is only a reminder to the whole world.
Classical exegetes mention the hostile gaze in this verse. It may be recited generally, while the clearest prophetic ruqyah for the evil eye remains al-Falaq, al-Nās and the authentic duʿās.
How to use: Recite without assigning an unsupported fixed number.
