Ruqyah for the Eye, Stings and Skin Eruptions

رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الرُّقْيَةِ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ، وَالْحُمَةِ، وَالنَّمْلَةِ

Rakhkhaṣa rasūlu llāhi ﷺ fi r-ruqyati mina l-ʿayn, wa l-ḥumah, wa n-namlah.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted ruqyah for the evil eye, venomous stings and skin eruptions.

Anas رضي الله عنه reported explicit permission for lawful ruqyah in these cases. Urgent bites, stings and infections also require immediate medical treatment.
