رَبِّ ابْنِ لِي عِنْدَكَ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ

Rabbi bni lī ʿindaka baytan fil-jannah.

My Lord, build for me a house near You in Paradise.

رَبَّنَا اصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَاماً

Rabbanāṣrif ʿannā ʿadhāba jahannam, inna ʿadhābahā kāna gharāmā.

Our Lord, avert from us the punishment of Hell; its punishment is relentless.

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا

Rabbanāghfir lanā dhunūbanā wa isrāfanā fī amrinā.

Our Lord, forgive our sins and our excesses in our affairs.

رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا وَإِنْ لَمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

Rabbanā ẓalamnā anfusanā, wa illam taghfir lanā wa tarḥamnā lanakūnanna minal-khāsirīn.

Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will surely be among the losers.

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

Rabbanāghfir lanā wa li-ikhwāninalladhīna sabaqūnā bil-īmān, wa lā tajʿal fī qulūbinā ghillan lilladhīna āmanū, rabbanā innaka raʾūfur-raḥīm.

Our Lord, forgive us and our fellow believers who preceded us in faith. Leave no resentment in our hearts toward believers. Our Lord, You are Most Kind and Merciful.

اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي ظُلْمًا كَثِيرًا، ولَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إلَّا أنْتَ، فَاغْفِرْ لي مَغْفِرَةً مِن عِندِكَ، وارْحَمْنِي، إنَّكَ أنْتَ الغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

Allāhumma innī ẓalamtu nafsī ẓulman kathīrā, wa lā yaghfirudh-dhunūba illā ant, faghfir lī maghfiratan min ʿindik, warḥamnī, innaka antal-ghafūrur-raḥīm.

O Allah, I have greatly wronged myself. None forgives sins but You; grant me forgiveness from You and have mercy on me. You are the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الهُدَى وَالتُّقَى، وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَى

Allāhumma innī asʾalukal-hudā wat-tuqā wal-ʿafāfa wal-ghinā.

O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity and sufficiency.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فِي قَلْبِي نُورًا، وَفِي بَصرِي نُورًا، وَفِي سَمْعِي نُورًا، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي نُورًا، وَعَنْ يَسَارِي نُورًا، وَفَوْقِي نُورًا، وَتَحْتِي نُورًا، وَأَمَامِي نُورًا، وَخَلْفِي نُورًا، وَاجْعَلْ لي نُورًا

Allāhummajʿal fī qalbī nūrā, wa fī baṣarī nūrā, wa fī samʿī nūrā, wa ʿan yamīnī nūrā, wa ʿan yasārī nūrā, wa fawqī nūrā, wa taḥtī nūrā, wa amāmī nūrā, wa khalfī nūrā, wajʿal lī nūrā.

O Allah, place light in my heart, sight and hearing; to my right and left, above and below me, in front of me and behind me; and grant me light.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا

Rabbanā ātinā min ladunka raḥmatan wa hayyiʾ lanā min amrinā rashadā.

Our Lord, grant us mercy from Yourself and guide our affairs toward what is right.

رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ

Rabbanā lā tuzigh qulūbanā baʿda idh hadaytanā wa hab lanā min ladunka raḥmah, innaka antal-wahhāb.

Our Lord, do not let our hearts stray after You have guided us. Grant us mercy from Yourself; You are the Giver.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbanā ātinā fid-dunyā ḥasanatan wa fil-ākhirati ḥasanatan wa qinā ʿadhāban-nār.

Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي، وَيَسِّرْ لي أَمْرِي

Rabbishraḥ lī ṣadrī wa yassir lī amrī.

My Lord, expand my heart for me and ease my task.

رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا

Rabbi zidnī ʿilmā.

My Lord, increase me in knowledge.

رَّبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيْتِيَ مُؤْمِنًا وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ

Rabbighfir lī wa liwālidayya wa liman dakhala baytiya muʾminan wa lilmuʾminīna walmuʾmināt.

My Lord, forgive me, my parents, those who enter my home as believers, and all believing men and women.

رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

Rabbanā hab lanā min azwājinā wa dhurriyyātinā qurrata aʿyunin wajʿalnā lilmuttaqīna imāmā.

Our Lord, grant us comfort in our spouses and offspring, and make us an example for the mindful of You.

رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِي رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ

Rabbijʿalnī muqīmaṣ-ṣalāti wa min dhurriyyatī, rabbanā wa taqabbal duʿāʾ.

My Lord, make me and some of my descendants steadfast in prayer. Our Lord, accept my supplication.

اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِيَ الَّذِي هُوَ عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي دُنْيَايَ الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَاشِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي آخِرَتِيَ الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَادِي، وَاجْعَلِ الْحَيَاةَ زِيَادَةً لِي فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍ، وَاجْعَلِ الْمَوْتَ رَاحَةً لِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ

Allāhumma aṣliḥ lī dīniyalladhī huwa ʿiṣmatu amrī, wa aṣliḥ lī dunyāyallatī fīhā maʿāshī, wa aṣliḥ lī ākhiratīllatī fīhā maʿādī, wajʿalil-ḥayāta ziyādatan lī fī kulli khayr, wajʿalil-mawta rāḥatan lī min kulli sharr.

O Allah, set right my religion, which protects my affairs; my worldly life, in which I earn my living; and my Hereafter, to which I return. Make life an increase for me in every good and death a relief from every evil.

اللهُمَّ آتِ نَفْسِي تَقْوَاهَا، وَزَكِّهَا أَنْتَ خَيْرُ مَنْ زَكَّاهَا، أَنْتَ وَلِيُّهَا وَمَوْلاهَا، اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمِ لا يَنْفَعُ، وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لا يَخْشَعُ، وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لا تَشْبَعُ، وَمِنْ دَعْوَةٍ لا يُسْتَجَابُ لَهَا

Allāhumma āti nafsī taqwāhā wa zakkihā anta khayru man zakkāhā, anta waliyyuhā wa mawlāhā. Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿilmin lā yanfaʿ, wa min qalbin lā yakhshaʿ, wa min nafsin lā tashbaʿ, wa min daʿwatin lā yustajābu lahā.

O Allah, give my soul its piety and purify it; You are the best to purify it, its Guardian and Master. I seek refuge in You from knowledge without benefit, a heart without humility, a soul never satisfied, and a prayer unanswered.

اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min zawāli niʿmatik, wa taḥawwuli ʿāfiyatik, wa fujāʾati niqmatik, wa jamīʿi sakhaṭik.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessing, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment and all that incurs Your anger.

اللهُمَّ أَعُوذُ بِرِضَاكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ، وَبِمُعَافَاتِكَ مِنْ عُقُوبَتِكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْكَ لا أُحْصِي ثَنَاءً عَلَيْكَ أَنْتَ كَمَا أَثْنَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ

Allāhumma aʿūdhu biriḍāka min sakhaṭik, wa bimuʿāfātika min ʿuqūbatik, wa aʿūdhu bika mink; lā uḥṣī thanāʾan ʿalayk, anta kamā athnayta ʿalā nafsik.

O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your anger and in Your pardon from Your punishment; I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot fully count Your praise; You are as You have praised Yourself.
