99 Beautiful Names selected by Ibn ʿUthaymīn.
An independently browsable collection of the 81 Qur’anic and 18 Prophetic names he selected, with Arabic, English-letter pronunciation, an English meaning, and a short Arabic explanation on each card.
مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَالسُّنَّةِ
وَلِلَّهِ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَىٰ فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا

About this list. The authentic hadith promises Paradise to whoever enumerates ninety-nine Names; it does not give an authentic fixed enumeration or limit Allah’s Names to ninety-nine. This is Shaykh Ibn ʿUthaymīn’s own scholarly selection in al-Qawāʿid al-Muthlā, not a Prophetic list. He expressed reservations about counting الحفي and المحسن. Short Arabic and English meanings here are editorial explanations, not quotations from the Shaykh. Names marked “differs” do not appear in the other collection on this site; this does not mean those absent there are invalid.
