Seven ʿAjwah Dates

مَنْ تَصَبَّحَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ سَبْعَ تَمَرَاتٍ عَجْوَةً، لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ سُمٌّ وَلَا سِحْرٌ

Man taṣabbaḥa kulla yawmin sabʿa tamarātin ʿajwatan, lam yaḍurrahu fī dhālika l-yawmi summun wa lā siḥr.

Whoever eats seven ʿAjwah dates in the morning will not be harmed that day by poison or magic.

An authentic prophetic preventive measure. It does not replace medical care or the other prescribed adhkār.
