اللَّهُمَّ آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً، وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً، وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ.

Allāhumma ātinā fī al-dunyā ḥasanah, wa fī al-ākhirati ḥasanah, wa qinā ʿadhāba al-nār

O Allah, grant us goodness in this world and goodness in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ، وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka al-ʿafwa wa al-ʿāfiyata fī dīnī wa dunyāya, wa ahlī wa mālī

O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth.

اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي وَسَدِّدْنِي.

Allāhumma ihdinī wa saddidnī

O Allah, guide me and direct me to what is right.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى، وَالتُّقَى، وَالْعَفَافَ، وَالْغِنَى.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka al-hudā, wa al-tuqā, wa al-ʿafāf, wa al-ghinā

O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and sufficiency.

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي كُلَّهُ، دِقَّهُ وَجِلَّهُ، وَأَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ، وَعَلاَنِيَتَهُ وَسِرَّهُ.

Allāhumma ighfir lī dhanbī kullah, diqqahu wa jillahu, wa awwalahu wa ākhirahu, wa ʿalāniyatahu wa sirrah

O Allah, forgive all of my sins, the minor and major, the first and last, the open and hidden.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min zawāli niʿmatika, wa taḥawwuli ʿāfiyatika, wa fuja’ati niqmatika, wa jamīʿi sakhṭika

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the withdrawal of Your blessing, the loss of well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all forms of Your wrath.

اللَّهُمَّ مُصَرِّفَ الْقُلُوبِ، صَرِّفْ قَلْبِي عَلَى طَاعَتِكَ.

Allāhumma muṣarrifa al-qulūb, ṣarrif qalbī ʿalā ṭāʿatika

O Controller of hearts, direct my heart to Your obedience.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنْ التَّوَّابِينَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ.

Allāhumma ijʿalnī min al-tawwābīn, wa ijʿalnī min al-mutaṭahhirīn

O Allah, make me among those who repent often and purify themselves.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ خَيْرَ عُمْرِي آخِرَهُ، وَخَيْرَ عَمَلِي خَوَاتِمَهُ، وَخَيْرَ أَيَّامِي يَوْمَ أَلْقَاكَ.

Allāhumma ijʿal khayra ʿumrī ākhirah, wa khayra ʿamalī khawātimah, wa khayra ayyāmī yawma alqāka

O Allah, make the best of my life its end, the best of my deeds the last, and the best of my days the day I meet You.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ جَهْدِ الْبَلاَءِ، وَدَرَكِ الشَّقَاءِ، وَسُوءِ الْقَضَاءِ، وَشَمَاتَةِ الأَْعْدَاءِ.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min jahdi al-balā’, wa daraki al-shaqā’, wa sū’i al-qaḍā’, wa shamātati al-aʿdā’

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardship of affliction, being overtaken by misery, an evil fate, and the gloating of enemies.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لا يَنْفَعُ، وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لا يَخْشَعُ، وَمِنْ نَفْسٍ لا تَشْبَعُ، وَمِنْ دُعَاءٍ لا يُسْمَعُ.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿilmin lā yanfaʿ, wa min qalbin lā yakhshaʿ, wa min nafsin lā tashbaʿ, wa min duʿā’in lā yusmaʿ

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, a heart that does not humble, a soul that is never satisfied, and a supplication that is not answered.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلِ القُرْآنَ رَبِيعَ قَلْبِي، وَنُورَ صَدْرِي، وَجَلاَءَ حُزْنِي، وَذَهَابَ هَمِّي.

Allāhumma ijʿali al-Qur’āna rabīʿa qalbī, wa nūra ṣadrī, wa jalā’a ḥuznī, wa dhahāba hammī

O Allah, make the Qur’an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my sadness, and the reliever of my distress.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ نَفْسًا مُطْمَئِنَّةً تُؤْمِنُ بِلِقَائِكَ، وَتَقْنَعُ بِعَطَائِكَ، وَتَرْضَى بِقَضَائِكَ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka nafsan muṭma’innah tu’minu biliqā’ika, wa taqnaʿu biʿaṭā’ika, wa tarḍā biqaḍā’ika

O Allah, I ask You for a tranquil soul that believes in meeting You, is content with Your gifts, and is pleased with Your decree.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْجَنَّةَ، وَمَا قَرَّبَ إِلَيْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ عَمَلٍ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ، وَمَا قَرَّبَ إِلَيْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ عَمَلٍ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka al-jannah, wa mā qarraba ilayhā min qawlin aw ʿamalin, wa aʿūdhu bika mina al-nār, wa mā qarraba ilayhā min qawlin aw ʿamalin

O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and whatever words or deeds bring one closer to it, and I seek refuge in You from the Fire and whatever words or deeds bring one closer to it.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ، وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّكَ، وَالْعَمَلَ الَّذِي يُبَلِّغُنِي حُبَّكَ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka ḥubbaka, wa ḥubba man yuḥibbuka, wa al-ʿamala alladhī yuballighunī ḥubbaka

O Allah, I ask You for Your love, the love of those who love You, and the deeds that lead me to Your love.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّرِّ كُلِّهِ عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا سَأَلَكَ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَاذَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَا قَرَّبَ إِلَيْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ عَمَلٍ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ وَمَا قَرَّبَ إِلَيْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ عَمَلٍ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ كُلَّ قَضَاءٍ قَضَيْتَهُ لِي خَيْرًا.

Allāhumma innī asʾaluka mina al-khayri kullihi ʿājilihi wa-ājilihi, mā ʿalimtu minhu wa-mā lam aʿlam; wa-aʿūdhu bika mina al-sharri kullihi ʿājilihi wa-ājilihi, mā ʿalimtu minhu wa-mā lam aʿlam. Allāhumma innī asʾaluka min khayri mā saʾalaka ʿabduka wa-nabiyyuka, wa-aʿūdhu bika min sharri mā ʿādha bihi ʿabduka wa-nabiyyuka. Allāhumma innī asʾaluka al-jannata wa-mā qarraba ilayhā min qawlin aw ʿamalin, wa-aʿūdhu bika mina al-nāri wa-mā qarraba ilayhā min qawlin aw ʿamalin, wa-asʾaluka an tajʿala kulla qaḍāʾin qaḍaytahu lī khayran.

O Allah, I ask You for all good, immediate and later, what I know of it and what I do not know. I seek refuge in You from all evil, immediate and later, what I know of it and what I do not know. O Allah, I ask You for the good for which Your servant and Prophet asked You, and I seek refuge in You from the evil from which Your servant and Prophet sought refuge in You. O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and whatever words or deeds bring one near to it, and I seek refuge in You from the Fire and whatever words or deeds bring one near to it. And I ask You to make every decree You have decreed for me good.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرْآنِ، الَّذِينَ هُمْ أَهْلُكَ وَخَاصَّتُكَ.

Allāhumma ijʿalnī min ahl al-Qur’ān, alladhīna hum ahluka wa khāṣṣatuka

O Allah, make me among the people of the Qur’an – Your people and Your special ones.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِي فِي سَمْعِي، وَبَارِكْ لِي فِي بَصَرِي، وَاجْعَلْهُمَا الْوَارِثَ مِنِّي.

Allāhumma bārik lī fī samʿī, wa bārik lī fī baṣarī, wa ijʿalhumā al-wāritha minnī

O Allah, bless my hearing and my sight, and make them remain until my end.

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ، مِلْءَ السَّمَاوَاتِ، وَمِلْءَ الأَْرْضِ، وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ.

Allāhumma rabbanā laka al-ḥamd, mil’a al-samāwāt, wa mil’a al-arḍ, wa mil’a mā shi’ta min shay’in baʿd

O Allah, our Lord, to You be praise as much as fills the heavens, fills the earth, and fills whatever else You will beyond that.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka ʿilman nāfiʿan, wa rizqan ṭayyiban, wa ʿamalan mutaqabbalan

O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and accepted deeds.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الثَّبَاتَ فِي الأَمْرِ، وَالْعَزِيمَةَ عَلَى الرُّشْدِ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka al-thabāta fī al-amr, wa al-ʿazīmata ʿalā al-rushd

O Allah, I ask You for steadfastness in affairs and determination in righteousness.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ، وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min al-hammi wa al-ḥazan, wa al-ʿajzi wa al-kasal, wa al-jubni wa al-bukhl, wa ghalabati al-dayn, wa qahri al-rijāl

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from the burden of debt and the oppression of men.

اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِيَ الَّذِي هُوَ عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي دُنْيَايَ الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَاشِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي آخِرَتِي الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَادِي، وَاجْعَلِ الْحَيَاةَ زِيَادَةً لِي فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍ، وَالْمَوْتَ رَاحَةً لِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ.

Allāhumma aṣliḥ lī dīniya alladhī huwa ʿiṣmatu amrī, wa aṣliḥ lī dunyāya allatī fīhā maʿāshī, wa aṣliḥ lī ākhiratiya allatī fīhā maʿādī, wa ijʿali al-ḥayāta ziyādatan lī fī kulli khayrin, wa al-mawta rāḥatan lī min kulli sharr

O Allah, rectify for me my religion which is the safeguard of my affairs, and rectify for me my worldly life wherein is my livelihood, and rectify for me my Hereafter wherein is my return, and make life an increase for me in all good and death a relief from every evil.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ، فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka al-ʿafwa wa al-ʿāfiyata, fī dīnī wa dunyāya wa ahlī wa mālī

O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, worldly life, family, and wealth.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ بَصَرِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ لِسَانِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ قَلْبِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَنِيِّي.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min sharri samʿī, wa min sharri baṣarī, wa min sharri lisānī, wa min sharri qalbī, wa min sharri maniyyī

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, the evil of my sight, the evil of my tongue, the evil of my heart, and the evil of my semen.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ رِضَاكَ وَالْجَنَّةَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ وَالنَّارِ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka riḍāka wa al-jannah, wa aʿūdhu bika min sakhṭika wa al-nār

O Allah, I ask You for Your pleasure and Paradise, and I seek refuge in You from Your wrath and the Fire.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْهَرَمِ، وَالْبُخْلِ، وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min al-ʿajzi wa al-kasal, wa al-jubni wa al-haram, wa al-bukhl, wa ʿadhābi al-qabr

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, cowardice and senility, miserliness and the punishment of the grave.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ التَّثْبِيتَ عِنْدَ السُّؤَالِ، وَالنَّجَاةَ مِنَ النَّارِ، وَالْفَوْزَ بِالْجَنَّةِ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka al-tathbīta ʿinda al-su’āl, wa al-najāta mina al-nār, wa al-fawza bi-al-jannah

O Allah, I ask You for steadfastness during questioning, salvation from the Fire, and attainment of Paradise.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي لَكَ شَكَّارًا، لَكَ ذَكَّارًا، لَكَ رَهَّابًا، لَكَ مِطْوَاعًا، إِلَيْكَ مُخْبِتًا، إِلَيْكَ أَوَّاهًا مُنِيبًا.

Allāhumma ijʿalnī laka shakkāran, laka dhakkāran, laka rahhāban, laka miṭwāʿan, ilayka mukhbitan, ilayka awwāhan munīban

O Allah, make me deeply thankful to You, often remembering You, greatly fearing You, obedient to You, humble before You, earnestly supplicating and constantly returning to You.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ فِعْلَ الْخَيْرَاتِ، وَتَرْكَ الْمُنْكَرَاتِ، وَحُبَّ الْمَسَاكِينِ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka fiʿla al-khayrāt, wa tarka al-munkarāt, wa ḥubba al-masākīn

O Allah, I ask You to enable me to do good deeds, to abstain from evil, and to love the poor.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنْ التَّوَّابِينَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ.

Allāhumma ijʿalnī min al-tawwābīn, wa ijʿalnī min al-mutaṭahhirīn

O Allah, make me among those who repent often and those who purify themselves.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي نُورًا، وَفِي قَلْبِي نُورًا، وَفِي سَمْعِي نُورًا، وَفِي بَصَرِي نُورًا.

Allāhumma ijʿalnī nūran, wa fī qalbī nūran, wa fī samʿī nūran, wa fī baṣarī nūran

O Allah, make me light, and place light in my heart, in my hearing, and in my sight.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الرِّضَا بَعْدَ الْقَضَاءِ، وَبَرْدَ الْعَيْشِ بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka al-riḍā baʿda al-qaḍā’, wa burda al-ʿaysh baʿda al-mawt

O Allah, I ask You for contentment after Your decree and a cool life after death.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي هَادِيًا مَهْدِيًّا، غَيْرَ ضَالٍّ وَلاَ مُضِلٍّ.

Allāhumma ijʿalnī hādiyan mahdiyyan, ghayra ḍāllin wa lā muḍillin

O Allah, make me a guide and rightly guided, not astray nor misleading.

اللَّهُمَّ حَبِّبْ إِلَيْنَا الإِْيمَانَ، وَزَيِّنْهُ فِي قُلُوبِنَا، وَكَرِّهْ إِلَيْنَا الْكُفْرَ وَالْفُسُوقَ وَالْعِصْيَانَ.

Allāhumma ḥabbib ilaynā al-īmān, wa zayyinhu fī qulūbinā, wa karrih ilaynā al-kufra wa al-fusūqa wa al-ʿiṣyān

O Allah, make faith beloved to us, beautify it in our hearts, and make disbelief, wickedness, and disobedience hateful to us.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا سَأَلَكَ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَاذَ بِهِ عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka min khayri mā sa’alaka ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka, wa aʿūdhu bika min sharri mā ʿādha bihi ʿabduka wa nabiyyuka

O Allah, I ask You for the best of what Your servant and Prophet asked of You, and I seek refuge in You from the evil Your servant and Prophet sought refuge from.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min zawāli niʿmatika, wa taḥawwuli ʿāfiyatika, wa fuja’ati niqmatika, wa jamīʿi sakhṭika

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the removal of Your blessing, the loss of well- being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all forms of Your wrath.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ، وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ghalabati al-dayn, wa qahri al-rijāl

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from being burdened by debt and being overpowered by men.

اللَّهُمَّ طَهِّرْنِي مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ وَالْخَطَايَا، كَمَا يُنَقَّى الثَّوْبُ الأَْبْيَضُ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ.

Allāhumma ṭahhirnī mina al-dhunūbi wa al-khaṭāyā, kamā yunaqqā al-thawbu al-abyaḍu mina al-danas

O Allah, purify me from sins and errors as a white garment is purified from filth.

اللَّهُمَّ ثَبِّتْنِي وَسَدِّدْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي سَبِيلَ السَّلاَمِ.

Allāhumma thabbitnī wa saddidnī, wa ihdinī sabīla al-salām

O Allah, grant me firmness, correctness, and guide me to the path of peace.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الصِّحَّةَ وَالْعِفَّةَ وَالأَْمَانَةَ وَحُسْنَ الْخُلُقِ وَالرِّضَا بِالْقَدَرِ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka al-ṣiḥḥata wa al-ʿiffata wa al-amānata wa ḥusna al-khuluqi wa al-riḍā bi-al-qadar

O Allah, I ask You for health, chastity, trustworthiness, good character, and contentment with Your decree.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي فِيكَ مُحِبًّا، وَلِقَائَكَ مُرْتَقِبًا، وَثَوَابَكَ رَاغِبًا.

Allāhumma ijʿalnī fīka muḥibban, wa liqā’ika murtaqiban, wa thawābaka rāghiban.

O Allah, make me one who loves You, awaits meeting You, and desires Your reward.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ رَحْمَتَكَ الَّتِي تَهْدِي بِهَا قَلْبِي، وَتَجْمَعُ بِهَا شَمْلِي، وَتَلُمُّ بِهَا شَعَثِي.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka raḥmataka allatī tahdī bihā qalbī, wa tajmaʿu bihā shamlī, wa talummu bihā shaʿathī.

O Allah, I ask You for Your mercy which will guide my heart, unite my affairs, and mend my brokenness.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ فَوَاتِحَ الْخَيْرِ، وَخَوَاتِمَهُ، وَجَوَامِعَهُ، وَأَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ، وَظَاهِرَهُ وَبَاطِنَهُ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka fawātiḥa al-khayri, wa khawātimahu, wa jawāmiʿahu, wa awwalahu wa ākhirahu, wa ẓāhirahu wa bāṭinahu.

O Allah, I ask You for the beginnings of good, its endings, its entirety, its first and last, its apparent and hidden.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَمِلْتُ، وَشَرِّ مَا لَمْ أَعْمَلْ.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min sharri mā ʿamiltu, wa sharri mā lam aʿmal

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and what I have not done.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ قَلْبًا سَلِيمًا، وَلِسَانًا صَادِقًا، وَخُلُقًا قَوِيمًا.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka qalban salīman, wa lisānan ṣādiqan, wa khuluqan qawīman

O Allah, I ask You for a sound heart, a truthful tongue, and upright character.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي أَهْلاً لِرِضَاكَ، وَلاَ تَجْعَلْنِي أَهْلاً لِسَخَطِكَ.

Allāhumma ijʿalnī ahlan liriḍāka, wa lā tajʿalnī ahlan lisakhṭika

O Allah, make me worthy of Your pleasure, and do not make me worthy of Your wrath.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَزِلَّ أَوْ أُزَلَّ، أَوْ أَظْلِمَ أَوْ أُظْلَمَ، أَوْ أَجْهَلَ أَوْ يُجْهَلَ عَلَيَّ.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika an azilla aw uzalla, aw aẓlima aw uẓlama, aw ajhala aw yujhala ʿalayya

O Allah, I seek refuge in You lest I slip or be caused to slip, do wrong or be wronged, act ignorantly or be treated ignorantly.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ، وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ.

Allāhumma bārik lī fīmā aʿṭayt, wa qinī sharra mā qaḍayt

O Allah, bless for me what You have given, and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed.

اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ، وَشُكْرِكَ، وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ.

Allāhumma aʿinnī ʿalā dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa ḥusni ʿibādatika

O Allah, help me to remember You, thank You, and worship You properly.
